She was predeceased by: her parents, Eula Ann Horn and Lonnie Skipworth; her husband Jim Clay McDonald; her sister Mavis; and her brother-in-law Lee Roy Vincent.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Watkins (Tommy); her grandsons, Clay Watkins (Katie) and Alex Watkins (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Emma, Ella, Easton and Malone Watkins; her sister Joyce; her brother-in-law Richard DeWitt; her sister Gail; her brother-in-law Tommy Holliman; and her friends, June Daugherty and Jan Tate. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Greenville First Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
