He was predeceased by: his daughter Evonda Jane Gadson; his parents, Chester Gadson and Florene Gadson; and his siblings, Elsie Reese, Maggie Dulin, Anna Gadson, Emmanuel Gadson, Sylvester Slaton, Rosco Gadson and Lonnie Gadson.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette Saulsberry Gadson; his children, Gelata Gadson of Texas, Carmen King of Texas, Angela Reynolds (Edgar) of Greenville, Terra, Kimberly Saulsberry of Greenville, Shateka Saulsberry of Greenville, David Saulsberry (Nikki) of Central City, Kris Saulsberry (Keisha) of Greenville, Nathaniel Gadson Jr. (Cindy) of Indiana and Kerry Holden of Lexington; and his sisters, Earletta Henderson (Nathan) of Drakesboro, Hilda Schultz (Owen D.) of Drakesboro and Marvine Clark (June) of Central City. He is also survived by grandkids, nieces and nephews.
