He is survived by: his wife Sheila Ann Mitchell Noffsinger; his children, Marie Manigo, Nina Santoyo (Mike), Larry Lewis Jr. and Rebecca Everly (Steve); and his siblings, Sadie Rowe, Kaylon Noffsinger and Gary Noffsinger (Judy). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
