He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Vincent Starcher and Mary Ethel Parson Starcher; and his sisters, Pat Rice and Nora Lee Starcher. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Jaunita Baker Starcher of Rochester; his children, Marshall E. Starcher (Bobbi) of Royston, GA. and Melanie Raemsch (Hank) of Rochester; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Shields, Anna Mae Austin (Lyle), Earlene West, Johnny Starcher (Bonnie) and Albert Starcher (Wanda). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren.
