She is survived by: her husband James Fulkerson; her daughter Courtland Paige Fulkerson (Adam); her parents, Enos Johnson (Cathy) and Tammy Mercer (Allen); her siblings, Joey Powers (Kimi), Kristen Mercer (Ben) and Amber Ebelhar (B. J.); her grandmother Ann Shaver; her parents-in-law, Lisa and Bubby Fulkerson; her sister-in-law Jennifer Hopper (Johnny); and her nieces and nephews, Shealyn Stanley, Ella Powers, Gracie Fulkerson, Brayden Glenn, Hayden Ebelhar and Tucker Gore.
