He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Gish. He is survived by: his father Carl Gish Jr. of Bremen; his siblings, Carl Gish (Kellie) of Central City, Sue McPherson (Jeff) of Central City and Amanda Logsdon (Jarred) of Sacramento; and his nieces and nephews, Thomas Gish, Jesse McPherson, Hollie Noffsinger, Grace McPherson, Brooklyn McPherson, Kendall Logsdon and Addie Logsdon. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
