He was predeceased by: his parents, James Osborne and Octava Osborne; and his sister Charlene Staples. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Maddox; his grandchildren, Kortney West (Cole) and Jeremy Maddox; his great grandchild Wren West; and his brother Gary Osborne (Lytres).
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at the Woodland Cemetery (201 Woodland Rd, Greenville, KY 42345).
