She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Scott Johnson; and her siblings, Cherryl Davenport and Darrel Evitts. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Grundy (Jayme) and Wesley Johnson (Taylor); her grandchildren, Payton Grundy and Taylor Grundy; and her siblings, Sandra Vick, Sharon Teague (Ronnie), Jerry Evitts (Lisa), Terry Evitts (Lexia) and Shawn Evitts (Kelly). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
