He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Keith and Georgia Keith; his grandson Jacob Piper; and his great grandchild Taegan Piper. He is survived by: his wife Melba Williams Keith; his children, Gerald Don Keith, Jr. (Wendy), Connor Graham (Beverly) and Mischelle Piper (Kenny); his grandchildren, Victoria Crafton, Josh Piper, Ashley McCoun, Lili Keith, Elliott Keith and Haley Moore; his great grandchildren, Graham, Madilyn and Emma; and his siblings, Gene Keith (Nancy), Donald Keith (Sharon), Ricky Keith, Connie Groves (Terry) and Patricia Oates.
Family and friends who are attending the visitation or funeral service are asked to wear a face mask for the safety of all those in attendance, in accordance with the governor's mandate.
