She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Berry (Steve) of Greenville, Kentucky; her cousin Jane Jackson of Scottsville, Kentucky; and her nephews, Rodney Welch of Lexington, Fred Coots of Scottsville, Ed Coots of Franklin, Gary Coots of Brentwood and Ricky Cooksey of Bowling Green, Kentucky..
