He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Fay Dukes; his parents, Earl Dukes and Erma Dukes; and his son-in-law Phillip Thomas Ramsey. He is survived by: his children, Donald Wayneman Sims (Kayla Evitts) of Greenville, Rita Ramsey of Madisonville and Angela Gossett (Kenny Wood) of Greenville; and his grandchildren, John Michael Culbertson (Megan) of Powderly, Joseph Scott Culbertson (Lauren) of Madisonville, Dee Sims (Monica) of Drakesboro, Leighann Kirk (Chris) and Brittany Sims of Alabama. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
