She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvie Middleton and Evelyn Middleton; her husband Harold Sullivan; her daughter Alysha DeArmond; her granddaughter Cathy Allen; her great grandchildren, Alex Riegle and Emerie McPherson; and her siblings, Nadine Hatfield, Shirley Bernice Middleton and Eurie Edward Middleton.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Allen (Terry), Phyllis Caskey (George), Kenneth Sullivan (Sandra), Linda Ford (Sidney), Sonja McPherson (Ricky) and Sherri Fleming (Joe); and her siblings, Curtis Middleton (Barbara), Marilyn Avers (Barry) and Trudy Cobb (Ron). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren plus so many great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at the Evergreen Cemetery (506 E Main Cross St, Greenville, KY 42345).
