He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Benton Horn and Betty Jean Talley Horn; and his brother Eric Horn. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Browning Horn of Greenville; his sons, Donald Scott Horn of Vacaville and Bradley Thomas "Bear" Horn of Greenville; his siblings, Carl Thomas Horn (Debbie) of Sacramento and Peggy Horn of Evansville, IN.; and his uncle Buddy Blake (Debbie) of Madisonville.
In accordance with state mandates, face coverings for people in attendance and social distancing will be required.
