He was predeceased by: his son Jeffery Russ; and his parents, Jule Russ and Willow Knight. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mosby Russ; his children, Beverly Denton (Jody), David Russ (Linda), Mike Russ (Crystal) and Jeff Warner (Lori); and his siblings, Bonnie Ford (Phillip) and Donnie Russ. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
