He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Adams and Zelmodene Adams; and his brothers, Michael Spears and Steven Spears. He is survived by: his siblings, Melody Gary (Louisville), Marilyn (Todd), Peveler (Powderly), Randy Adams (Powderly) and Daniel (Doris); his aunts, Glenda Cox (Greenville) and Sue Fendley (Paducah); and his uncle Bro John Culbertson (Greenville). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many loving cousins and friends.
