He is survived by: his close friend Anna Johnson of Greenville; his daughters, Lequetta Roark of Greenville and Loria Bozarth; his grandchildren, Dennis Roark (Tabitha), Logan Bozarth (Jody), Kari Groves (Johnathon) and Lauren Offutt (Nathan); his great grandchildren, Taylor Groves, Tia Groves, Madison Groves, Caleb Roark, Brooklyn Offutt, Layden Bozarth, Kaysen Bozarth, Bryson Offutt and Jamison Bozarth; and his siblings, Betty Collier of Grand Rivers, William Paul Duvall (Karen) of Jasper, IN and Cooper Duvall of North Carolina.
