He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fitch and Mabel Fitch; his wife Minnie Ann "Sally" Laumbattus; and his brother Ken Fitch of Florida. He is survived by: his children, Sidney Fitch (Bonnie) of Greenville, Stuart Fitch (Cindy) of Greenville and Lori Richardson (Jeff) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Dr. Katie Ballert (Erik) of Lexington, Dr. Melissa Fitch of Greenville, Josh Richardson (Erica) of Louisville, Jason Fitch (Elizabeth) of Elkton, Jordan Fitch of McHenry, IL. and Corie Fitch of Greenville; his great grandchildren, Sydney, Lucas Harper of Greenville, Lincoln, Elliot Richardson of Louisville, Quay, Marissa Ballert of Lexington and Hansen Fitch of Elkton; and his siblings, Bette Ruester, Jackie Pender and Randy Fitch.
In lieu of flowers, Chuck asked for monetary donations be made to the Greenville United Methodist Church.
