She was predeceased by: her husband Wilfrid Winter (Bill); her son David Winter; her parents, Germán Ortiz and María Teresa Ortiz; and her sisters, Adelita Wallace (Wally), Teté Ruíz (Ernesto), Marina Smith (Harry) and Haydée Drake (Wayne).
She is survived by: her daughters, Marjorie Herald (Jim), Dianne Jernigan (David) and Connie Meriwether (Walt); her daughter-in-law Lisa Bethel Winter; and her brother Germán Ortiz. She is also survived by grandchildren and 9 precious great grandchildren.
Visitation will be private due to COVID restrictions.
