He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Scott Abshire, Toby Abshire and Jessi Abshire Fleming; his grandchildren, Cody Abshire, Jordan Abshire, Pallis Logan Abshire, Malaci Howton, Joslyn Mudd, Levi Mudd, Dashton Mudd and Ava Willow Fleming; and his siblings, Micheal Abshire, Virginia Nell Bowman, Linda Abshire, Sharon Staton and Donna Shepherd.
