She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Powell and Reba Powell; and her brother Larry Powell. She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Adkins, Jr.; and her children, Misty Adkins, Rebakah Adkins, Robert L. Adkins III and Alex Adkins. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
