She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruffus Black and Robbie Black; her husband Robert "Juggy" Locke; her brother Ruffus Black, Sr.; and her great grandchild Brantley Jace Brewer.
She is survived by: her son Steven L. Locke (Wanda J.); and her grandchildren, Faith Jones (Jeff), Deborah Eiseman (Bill), Edwin Evitts (Tammy), Nicky Capps (Dale), Chandy Locke and Trent Mallory (Carrie). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
