She was predeceased by: her parents, Robie Harper Sr. and Velma Bivins; and her siblings, Elsie Marie McCanley (John), Ima "Jewel" Mallory (Willie Ray), Charles Harper (Jean), Robie Harper Jr., Jim Harper (Carolyn) and David Earl Harper.

She is survived by: her husband Lee Roy Hatcher; her sons, Todd Hatcher (Cinda) and Jason Hatcher (Jennifer); and her sister-in-law Glenda Harper. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
