It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Kay Smith (Greenup, Kentucky), who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil William and Ollie Hazel Hamm Adkins; and her brothers, Lloyd Adkins and Homer Adkins. She is survived by: her husband Clyde N. Smith; her sons, Kevin Howard of South Shore and Kyle Howard of Lexington, Kentucky; her sister Gail McClure (George) of Greenup, Kentucky; her stepson Clyde E. Smith (Shauna) of Garrison, Kentucky; her grandsons, Dalton Smith (Oliva Smith) and Matt (Angie Jones); her great grandchildren, Blake Jones (Rachel) and Lyndsey Buckler (Jake); and also Emmett.

The family has requested that no flowers be sent, instead please donate to your favorite charity in loving memory of Kay.
