Riggs; his wife Marjorie Dianne Campbell Riggs; his sons, Shawn Vanhorn (Hollie) of Worthington and Benjamin Vanhorn (Samantha) of Flatwoods; his grandchildren, Lucy, Annaliesa, Benjamin Duke, Beckham Rose and Blakely; and his brother Stephen Riggs of Raceland. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
