She was predeceased by: her parents, Spencer Thomas and Lelia VanHoose Carter; her husband Everett Clayton Middleton; her siblings, Thomas Carter, Carl Carter and Helen Carter Traylor; her nephews, Richard Traylor and Mike Carter; and her niece Karen Carter Newell.
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Grayson (Duane) of Greenup, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jamie Pierce (Milas) of South Shore, Kentucky, Sydanie Salyers (Tyler), Kaylee Wells, Klay Wells and Zaiden Pierce; her nephews, Wes Carter (Lou), Steve Traylor, Philip Traylor and Keith Carter (Ann); her niece Kathy "Catfish" Munn; and her close friend Debbie Allen of South Shore, Kentucky..
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Reed Funeral Home (612 Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
