He is survived by: his mother Angela Marie Stevens Askearing; his father-in-law Michael of Flatwoods; his brothers, Zachary Stevens of Flatwoods, Nicholas Stevens (Cera) of Flatwoods and Samuel Estep of Flatwoods; his grandparents, Phillip and Alice Stevens of Greenup; his great-grandparent Dorothy Abram of Loveland, CO; his niece Lily Stevens; and his uncles, Phillip Stevens Jr. of Smithfield, NC and Alexander Stevens of Gardner, NC. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
