He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Sparks of Ashland, KY and Amanda White of Pittsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Joshua, Emma and Ella; and his brothers, Ronnie Osborn of Flatwoods, KY, Larry Osborn of Richmond, KY, Roy Osborn of Catlettsburg, KY, Denver Osborn of Georgetown, KY and Rick Osborn of Wurtland, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
