She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Ivan Zornes and Opal Pauline Zornes of Carter County; her grandsons, Michael "Brock" Leonhart and Dougie Carter; and her former husbands, Raymond M. Dupuy and William H. Bench.
She is survived by: her siblings, Juanita May and Oral Ogden; her daughters, Vickie Rae (Michael Leonhart) and Cristy Lynne (Mark Fuller); her grandchildren, Elvira "Harlee" Fuller of Ashland, OH, Britnee Swick (Jeffrey), Cody Fuller (Megan) and Crystal Steele (Kelby) of Ashland, KY; her great grandchildren, Casey and Lauren Steele of Ashland, KY.; her husband Carl Miller of Greenup; her stepchildren, Shelly Miller (Jarrod), Leeann Spangler (Bob), Mike Miller (Shannon), Eddie Miller (Linda) and Barbara Spillman (Greg); and her grandchildren, Carley (Timmy), Tiff (Ryan), Bobby, Ryan, Jessica (Chris), Wesley, John Michael (Samantha) and Austin (Kelley).
