She was predeceased by: her father Gaylord (Freda Salley); and her sister Pamela Jean Salley. She is survived by: her daughter McKenna Horsley of Louisville; her husband Kenton Horsley of Raceland; her siblings, Terry Salley, Theresa Salley and Regina Chaney; her nieces, Kayla Chaney and Kim Smallwood; her nephew James Chaney III; her cousins, Crystal Waggoner and Ashton Moore; her friends, Carla Weddington and Jenny Knipp; and also Lady.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations of K-12 books for students at Greenup and Carter school districts.
