She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Williams and Margaret Martin Williams; her husband Otis James "O. J." Johnson; and her brothers, James Nelson "Jimmy" Williams and Douglas Edward Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Jonathon Edward Williams of Greenup, Dwaine Mitchell "Boo" Williams of Greenup, Gregory Todd Williams (Rayetta Wise) of Ironton, OH and Amy Louise Williams of Greenup; her grandchildren, Trey Williams (Britney), Kymbria Williams Coleman (Justin), Cody Wise, Macy Wise and Alexis Wise; her great grandchildren, Eli Evans, Ava Evans, Jalen Evans, Kai Williams, Rhyze Coleman and Rhezyn Coleman; her siblings, Ronald Williams (Mary Ellen) of Huntington, Virginia Pleasant (Robert) of Ironton and Ann Margaret Gentry of Middletown, OH; and her sister-in-law Sandra Williams of Greenup. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
