He is survived by: his children, Mac Callihan of Ashland, Kentucky and Alexia Callihan of Covington, Kentucky; his grandson Rowan Callihan; his siblings, Kevin Michael Callihan of Athens, Timothy "Tim" Norris Callihan (Debbie) of St. Louis, Missouri, Rebecca "Bobbie Sue" Callihan of Lexington, Martha Deane "Marty" North of Knoxville and Sally Stapf (David) of Greenup, Kentucky; and his sisters-in-law, Mandy Archey of Ashland and Karen Ford (Paul) of Wurtland, Kentucky. He is also survived by his family and friends.
