She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar May and Edna Irene Diller May; her husband Jimmy Roger Berkley; her children, Jimmy Berkley and Melissa Ann Neace; and her brothers, Curtis May and Oscar May Jr..

She is survived by: her caregiver Gary Michael Neace. She is also survived by numerous extended family, neighbors and friends.
