We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2023, at the age of 85, Naomi Carol Meadows of Greenup, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Andrew Quillen and Garnett Louise Darnell; her grandson Travis Boyd Thursby; and her brother Arnold "Bud" Quillen. She is survived by: her children, Barry Johnson of Greenup, Kentucky, Johnda Meadows of Georgetown and Lori Stivers (Bill) of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Shannon Sizemore, Brandi Ratliff, Myrissa Ritter, Vanessa Thursby and Kyle Stivers; and also Paul Lee Quillen of Flatwoods, Kentucky. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; a host nieces and nephews.
