He is survived by: his son Justin Michael Bays (Nakota) of Olive Hill, KY; his siblings, John Paul Bays (Nancy) of Lloyd, Nora Grubb of Oldtown, KY, Flo Meadows of Greenup, KY, Barbara Vangorden of Oldtown and Carolyn Worley (Ray) of Clarksville, TN; and his grandchildren, Lorelai Bays and Matilda Chapman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
