She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Danny Morris and Carol Smith Morris; her husband Richard Ellis "Rick" Stephens; her children, Tyler Dain Stephens (Tiffany) of Catlettsburg, Duston Seth Stephens of Greenup and Courtney Lynn Stevens of Flatwoods; her grandchildren, Bailey Stephens, Brooklyn Stephens, Cara Stephens, Kason Moore, Rylee Hicks and Khloe Stephens; and her sisters, Kimberly Lewis (Mike) of Greenup and Melissa Truitt (Dwayne) of Greenup. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
