She is survived by: her mother Loverna "Pearlie" Archey Boyles of Greenup; her husband Darvie "Randy" Allen; her children, Johnny Smith (Peggy) of Flatwoods, Curtis Smith of Grayson, Kentucky and Kayla Smith of Grayson, Kentucky; her siblings, William Richard Conley (Rose) of Cummings, Georgia and Rita Cline (James) of Greenup, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Ethan Smith, Kyle Smith and Alexzandea Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Reed Funeral Home (612 Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
