She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Lambert and Josephine Hall Lambert; her husband Glen Wiliam Worthington; and her sister Norma Burton. She is survived by: her children, Roger Worthington (Gina) of Greenup, Mike Worthington (Kim) of Greenup and Tammy Jo Edge (David) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Becky Jo Bates, Shannon Worthington (Megan), Whitley Jo Tackett (Trei), Taylor Louise Worthington and Shelby Patrick Harden (Ethan); her great grandchildren, Sophie, Max, Levi, Adyson, Aiden, Brodey, Asher, Gabriel and Jasper; and her siblings, Leroy Lambert, Joann Patton, Mary Lou Davis (Glenn) and Sue Ray. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Raceland Christian Church (210 Caroline Rd, Russell, KY 41169). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
