He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur James and Wilma Rayburn Conley; and his siblings, Felix Conley, Dennis Conley and Phyllis Byrd.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ruth Sargent Conley; his sons, Randall Lee Conley (Johnda) of Greenup, KY and Larry Dustin "Dusty" Conley (Christina Marie) of Grayson, KY; his grandchildren, Dakota L. Conley (Kinsley) of Greenup, KY, Cody Dustin Conley (Alishia) of Grayson, KY and Kristin Lee Speta; his great grandchildren, Harper Conley, Lydia Conley, Lexie Speta, Garrett Speta and Abel Speta; and his siblings, Eddie Conley (Cathy) of Greenup, KY, Keith Conley of Worthington, KY and Doloris Boyles (Ray) of Lloyd, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
