She is survived by: her children, Dale Sullivan of Ashland, Terry Sullivan of Rush, Charlotte Sullivan of Flatwoods and Theresa Sullivan of Greenup; her sisters, Naomi Long of Greenup and Loretta Jackson of Greenup; and her grandchildren, Dale Sullivan Jr., Jessica Bentley, Jason Sullivan, Beth Sullivan, Miguel Sullivan, Nisa Sullivan, Tony Sullivan, Brandon Calder, Hope Sullivan and Ryan Sullivan. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
