He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Sizemore; and his grandparents, Ermina Cales, George and Mary Musser. He is survived by: his mother Ollie Madelene Musser Sizemore of Raceland, KY; his wife Ruth Evelyn Jones Sizemore of Greenup, KY; his children, Forrest Hawk Sizemore (Natalie Ferguson) of Florence, KY and Samantha Jo Sizemore of Greenup, KY; his grandson Joshua Samuel Meenach; and his brother Adam Richard Sizemore of Raceland, KY.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Wright's Funeral Home (1017 E Main St, Greenup, KY 41144).
