He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Curtis and Emma Lee Greene Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Sharyn Harris Hicks; his daughters, Nikki Miles and Rachel Hicks; his stepdaughters, Danielle Messer, Leatha Messer and Robin Price; and his siblings, Kristen Jones, Michael Hicks and Mark Hicks. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
