He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ellis Whobrey and Elsie Dever Whobrey Basham; his daughter Mary Louise Miller; and his brothers, James Whobrey and Frankie Whobrey.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jewell Scaggs Whobrey; his son Mark Miller (Amber) of Kalispell, Montana; his grandsons, Tyler Miller (Elle) and Daniel Miller (Laura); and his sister Linda Gossett of Owensboro, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East (100 Veterans Mem Dr, Grayson, KY 41143).
