He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Mantz and Gertie Jackson Mantz; his wife Diana Elizabeth Bruce Mantz; and his brother Donald Mantz. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Mantz (Lisa) of Greenup, KY and Paula Partin (Barney) of Lakeview, OH; his grandchildren, Megan Mantz of Greenup, Madison Imel (Andrew) of Greenup and Chris Partin (Lisa) of Lakeview, OH; his great grandchildren, Archer, Axton Imel of Greenup and Emma Partin of Alger, OH; and his caregiver Sheila Arnn.
