Loy Jr. and Russell Ray Loy; his siblings, Clifford Grubb, June Tackett and Sandra Maiden; his wife Nyoka Palmer Hicks; his children, Charles Loy (Cindy) of Troy, OH, Richard Loy of Troy, Jerry Hicks (Melanie) of Vandalia, OH and Pauline Smith of Worthington; and his sister Laura Brown of Load. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
