He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jesse Perry Elvis Dixon and Jackie Spears. He is survived by: his parents, Everett Ray Adkins (Becky) of Lynn and Janet Carol Harr Dixon of Greenup; his son Isaac James Adkins (Sabrina) of Greenup; his grandsons, Braxton Adkins and Waylon Adkins; and his siblings, Jason Robert Adkins (Kendra) of Lloyd, Joseph Robert Ray Riley of Paris, KY and Jamie Leanne Gibson of Raceland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wright's Funeral Home (1017 E Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
