He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Wilson and Zetta Sturgill Stephenson; his former wife Judy Womack Stephenson; and his sisters, Shirley Jean Hill, Bonnie Fierro and Ethel Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Adkins Stephenson; his daughters, Joni Kelley (Dwight) of Cincinnati and Sheila Ball (Ron) of Greenup; his brothers, Joe Stephenson (Brenda) of Mt. Vernon, Larry Stephenson (Sally) of Wurtland and Roger Underwood (Donna) of Dothan; his stepchildren, Robin (Tom) and Buzz (SheenaTwo); his sisters, Belva Brown of Wurtland and Lois Sizemore of Wurtland; his grandchildren, Dylan Ball, Lane Ball, Claire Wilson, Parker Ball and Meredyth Wilson; and his pet Annie.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Greenup Co. Meals On Wheels where Wayne volunteered for several years.
