He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Stephens and Leona Brown Stephens; his son Willard Ray Stephens; and his siblings, Kenneth Earl Stephens, Carl Edward Stephens, Juanita Wilburn, Cleetes Byers, Clara Mae Bradford and Janice Claxon.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Faye Wells Stephens; and his children, Glenn Edward Stephens (Alberta) of Greenup, KY., Karen Potter (Kenneth) of Raceland, KY and Tina Prichard (Tommy) of Greenup. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren and 1 great-great-great grandchild along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Wright's Funeral Home (1017 E Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
