She is survived by: her children, William Virgin (Jeanie) of Greenup, Kentucky and Linda Wellman of Oldtown, Kentucky; her brother Connor Scott (Vera) of Ashland, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Scott Wellman (Cheryl) and Deanna DeLancy (Mark); her great grandchildren, Craig, Gregory, Brett, Alex, Mathew and Andrew; and her great great grandchildren, James, Ridley and Teddy.

“I am so sorry. I only learned of your mothers death last friday. She was so kind to Marvin and me giving Marvin Shannon's clothes. Marvin told her, Aunt Toots you never age. She fixed my father a meal when he was dying with Myeloma. Your dad took in my father's dog and renamed him Jake. They were my favorite Aunt and Uncle.”
