He was predeceased by: his parents, William Denvil and Gurtrude Craft Adkins; and his siblings, William Denvil Adkins Jr., Clifford Adkins and Ethel Snyder.
He is survived by: his son Keith Wesley Adkins (Cathy) of Oldtown; his granddaughters, Kayla Wilcox (Samuel Lee) and Britney Dotson (Micky); and his great grandchildren, Aleera Wilcox, Owen Dotson and Emma Dotson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wright's Funeral Home (1017 E Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Corns-Adkins Cemetery.
