He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Stone Hamilton; his stepfather Terry Hamilton; his son Christopher Jacob "CJ" White; and his grandmother Iva "Tootsie" Stone. He is survived by: his wife Heather White; his children, Tyler Huston (Stephanie) of Sciotoville, OH, Cameron Lee White, Mekynna Renae White and Paige Leighann White of Lloyd, KY.; his stepdaughters, Taylor Nichole Alexis Sammons of Ashland, McKayla Rose Sammons and Lauren Elizabeth Sammons of Greenup; his grandchildren, Carter Huston, Brantley Huston and Averie Huston; and his siblings, Gene White (Dusty) of Minford, OH, Terry Hamilton (Tonya) of Richmond, KY and Iva Elizabeth Hamilton. He is also survived by siblings, extended nieces, nephews, cousins, soccer family and friends.
